Waylon’s Bourbon Shelf started the way most good bourbon stories do—around a shelf, a few bottles, and great conversation. What began as a simple family curiosity quickly turned into a deeper appreciation for what makes bourbon special: the craftsmanship, the history, and the way a great pour brings people together.
But enjoying bourbon in Canada comes with its own story.
Between LCBO no longer stocking bourbon, limited availability across the country, and the challenge of actually finding the good stuff, we realized that discovering the best bourbon in Canada isn’t always
straightforward. The hunt became part of the experience—and we knew others were navigating the same thing.
That’s where Waylon’s Bourbon Shelf grew into something more.
