Notes of honey, caramel, and vanilla lead the palate, followed by gentle oak and light baking spice that add depth without overpowering the bourbon. The sweetness, oak, and spice all come together naturally, creating a rich and highly enjoyable pour with very little burn.


This has genuinely become one of our favourite bourbons we’ve ever tried because of how easy it is to drink while still offering plenty of flavour and complexity. It’s a bottle we reach for often ourselves and one we love pouring for guests because it consistently impresses neat.
