One thing that immediately stood out was its sweetness. It has a rich, bourbon-like sweetness that feels natural and balanced rather than overpowering, helping create a familiar profile that American bourbon fans will appreciate.
As the whisky opens up, additional layers continue to appear, making each sip feel rewarding and interesting. Despite the depth of flavour, it remains exceptionally smooth and easy to drink, never becoming overly heavy or aggressive.
